Boulder Crest Retreat is celebrating their grand opening on September 6th, 2013. The rural sanctuary, for wounded warriors and their families to enjoy, is set upon thirty-seven acres in Loudoun County, Virginia. Eagle Play Structures completed the playground installation at Boulder Crest and Fox News DC filmed a segment about the project.
