Commercial playground equipment is comprised of a variety of fabricated materials including steel tubing, flat steel, plastic sheet, roto-molded plastic, and a variety of aluminum castings and fittings.

Our Frederick County, Maryland, factory uses the highest quality materials and state-of-the-art machine tools to produce quality products that meet or exceed applicable industry standards. We participate in the International Play Equipment Manufacturing Association’s  structural integrity testing program, which certifies that our products are compliant with the American Society of Testing and Materials specifications (ASTM F 1487-07).

Eagle Play Structures playground equipment utilizes quality Allied tubing that is specifically designed to provide superior corrosion resistance and accept powder-coat paint finishes. Our state-of-the-art facility and factory-trained applicators ensure superior quality and performance of powder-coated parts.
