Commercial playground equipment is comprised of a variety of fabricated materials including steel tubing, flat steel, plastic sheet,  roto- molded plastic and a variety of aluminum castings and fittings.

Our Frederick County, Maryland factory uses the highest quality materials and state of the art machine tools  to produce quality products that meet or exceed applicable industry standards. We participate in the International Play Equipment Manufacturing Association’s  structural integrity testing program which certifies that products are compliant with ASTM F 1487-07.

Eagle Play Structures utilizes quality Allied Tubing that is specifically designed for superior corrosion resistance and to accept powder coat paint finishes. Our state of the art facility and factory-trained applicators ensure superior quality and performance of powder coated parts.

Tamper-resistant, stainless steel hardware provides for maximum durability and cosmetic appeal. Stainless Steel provides stain-free (rust) performance and lifetime security against vandalism to fasteners.
